The streaming video file of this conference is best viewed with a high-speed Internet connection cable, DSL, etc., and the Windows Media Player or RealPlayer plugin for your Internet Explorer 6 (or higher) browser.  Dial-up modem connections are supported but may not deliver smooth, continuous playback.

Before you play the streaming file, be sure your speaker volume is turned up. The program will take several seconds to load before it begins to play. If you need to pause the program, click on the Pause button. If you click on the Stop button, the re-start point will be the beginning of the program. You can make note, however, of the location of the button on the slider bar and approximate your viewing place in the program by sliding the button to the right once the program is restarted.
